Grace Christian Academy offers Tuition Assistance to families enrolling their children in Kindergarten through 12th grades who demonstrate a financial need in order to send their children to GCA. Financial aid granted in one school year may not necessarily be similar to previous amounts granted and is not a guarantee for aid in the future. Each school year is treated separately.
The tuition assistance process starts by applying to a third party vendor, FACTS. In order to get an initial determination of the amount of aid necessary. Income information is required from both parents even if living in separate households. You will need your completed income tax return from the previous year in order to apply. The process can take up to 2-3 weeks to complete. The application fee is non-refundable.
Once an initial determination is made by FACTS, that information is provided to the GCA administration who then forwards to the GCA School Board for a final decision. All appeals by families must be made in writing to the GCA School Board for reconsideration.
