Admissions Steps

The following requirements have been established for admission to Grace Christian Academy:

1. Complete the online application with signatures and appropriate fees.

2. Provide Parent/Guardian Photo Identification (i.e. Driver’s License/Passport).

3. Provide Scholastic and behavioral records from previous school.

4. Send report cards, progress reports, and any IEP or 504 information to Admissions team prior to the entrance test.

4. Complete the Grace Christian Academy admissions/entrance test (Kindergarten – Grade 8).

5. Send in health records that meet the State of Maryland requirements.

6. Complete and submit Medical Forms. Maryland State law requires that the Health Inventory Form with Lead Screening signed by the parent and the child’s physician be on file for all students.

7. Provide Immunization Record. Maryland State law requires students entering any school within the state to have the following immunizations: poliomyelitis, smallpox, diphtheria, rubella, pertussis and tetanus.

8. Submit all enrollment forms prior to an interview with the Director of School.

9. Complete a family interview with the Director of School.

10. Complete registration with FACTS Tuition Management within 10 days of interview and acceptance.
