Admissions Steps

The following requirements have been established for admission to Grace Christian Academy:

1. Complete the online application with signatures and appropriate fees.

2. Provide Parent/Guardian Photo Identification (i.e. Driver’s License/Passport).

3. Provide Scholastic and behavioral records from previous school.

4. Send report cards, progress reports, and any IEP or 504 information to Admissions team prior to the entrance test.

4. Complete the Grace Christian Academy admissions/entrance test (Kindergarten – Grade 8).

5. Send in health records that meet the State of Maryland requirements.

6. Complete and submit Medical Forms. Maryland State law requires that the Health Inventory Form with Lead Screening signed by the parent and the child’s physician be on file for all students.

7. Pay appropriate program fees to the school office by August 1st.

Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for GCA.  The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.  Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.

The Instructions and Enrollment Checklist page of the enrollment packet contains supplemental enrollment forms (Emergency Contact, Financial Agreement , Financial Acknowledgement).   Please complete and bring these forms into the school office with your payment for your student(s) appropriate Program Fee(s) to complete your registration.  

Returning students do not need to re-enroll in FACTS.  You will be automatically re-enrolled and may update your information if necessary.  If you are adding new students, you will need to log into your FACTS account and add your new students to your account.
